Five tower purification technology.
(1) using the latest research of the five towers purification process, a tower production adsorption gas, two heating, purge the two towers, simple process, high purification efficiency, the regenerative capacity is small, the product rate is high;
(2) using the latest research of natural gas purification technology of moisture in the raw material of natural gas and heavy hydrocarbon and CO2 is harmful to the cold box components such as one-off removal, without complex process, all process automation without personnel operation, ensure the safety of device;
(3) the gas from the BOG, gas heat, BOG, into the cold box after hot cold box liquefaction efficiency, regeneration gas directly into the generator to generate electricity, do not need to consider the compression of angry again, simplified the process, reduce the empty volume, reduce the operation cost;
(4) the unique design of undisturbed switching adsorption tower, gas purification design of online water dew point analyzer and CO2 analyzer, the ability to purify air automatic analysis, record and report to the police, a high degree of automation.
(5) there is only one sewage outlet for the whole purification system, and all other automatic control, basically no personnel operation.
A mixture of refrigerant liquefaction technology.
(1) the MRC liquefaction process adopted by the device is in the leading position in China, and has been successfully operational and safe and reliable.
(2) adopt the two-stage refrigeration natural gas liquefaction technology, low energy consumption, low LNG liquefaction temperature, and compared with single-stage mixed refrigerant cooling process, about 10-15% energy saving;
(3) this process does not require the coolant pump, which improves the stability and reliability of the device;
(4) the coolant only needs to be completed for the first time, and the coolant is hardly needed during operation, and no coolant is needed during operation or production, which greatly saves the production materials.
(5) the plate fin heat exchanger used in the cold box has the advantages of compact structure, high heat transfer efficiency and low price.
The mixture coolant will be composed of natural gas, N2, C2H4, n-C4H10. The cooling capacity of different temperature grades is provided for the liquefaction of natural gas.
